A cozy place for your badges
This tweak removes the boring default badges that appear when you have a notification on an app and instead replaces it with colourful labels.
When you have a notification on an app, you can display e.g. 2 Messages instead of the regular app name. When this app is in a folder, the folder title will adjust accordingly. But that’s not all: you can also color the background of the label or the label text, either with a fixed color or automatically with a color calculated from the app’s icon. You can also set texts for each app individually, so that when you have notifications on Cydia, it will say e.g. 3 Updates.
CozyBadges also has a feature that let’s you color your labels that don’t have a notification to give your homescreen more color. On top of that, you can choose to hide all labels that don’t have a notification if you like a clean look.
Full feature list:
- Hide labels that don’t have a notification
- Hide or show labels in the dock
- Color either the text or background of all labels that don’t have a notification
- Automatic or manual color selection
- Color either the text or background of all labels with notifications
- Automatic or manual color selection
- Replace the text of labels with a notification with a custom text (singular / plural, e.g. 1 Message / 2 Messages)
- This is also possible on a per-app basis, overwriting the general settings
